Welcome to Vynni Jewelry. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit our website or place an order with us. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Vynni Jewelry, based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Using Our Website
You must be of the age of majority in your province, state or country to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure.
2. Our Products
- Every piece is made to order. Crafting usually takes 1–2 weeks before shipping.
- We describe our materials, finishes and stones as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Gold-plated finishes naturally soften over time with wear. Please follow our care instructions to keep your piece looking its best.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a piece is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Because pieces are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or tariffs, which are paid by the customer (see our Shipping Policy). Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, such as dates, eligible products and one use per customer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
6. Shipping and Returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our designs, photos, logos and text, belongs to Vynni Jewelry and is protected by Canadian and international laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
8. Reviews and Feedback
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to operate and promote our store. Please make sure anything you share is truthful and respectful, and that you have the right to share it.

Vynni Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Vynni Jewelry. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Vynni Jewelry, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
