Made-to-Order Process( Production Time)

• Please note that Vynni Jewelry operates on made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality for each piece

• Once your order is placed, it take approximately 1-2 weeks for our artisans to complete the crafting and preparation process before the item is ready for packing

• The exact time may vary depending on complexity of the specific product.

• We sincerely apologize for this wait and appreciate your patience. Because each piece is handled with personal care and meticulous attention to detail, this time allows us to ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Shipping

• After the crafting period is complete, your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Domestic( Canada): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days 

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days 

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes

• For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.
